Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING 

Art of Intimates offers USPS and UPS shipping along with in-store pickup.

Rates:

  • Free Shipping for all US orders over $75
  • Free in-store pickup. 
Timing: 
We know how excited you are to receive your newly purchased items and we will make every effort to ship within 1-2 business days (M-F). Please understand there may be shipping delays that are out of our control due to Covid-19. For this reason we officially state we ship within four business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it is in USPS. Most orders do arrive to their destination within 5 business days. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping.
 
International Shipping: Shipping fees will vary and you will be responsible for duties/import/customs fees.
 

ONLINE RETURNS

Items must be returned in new condition with tags attached and postmarked within 14 days of your online purchase for a full refund, minus shipping charges. If returning only a portion of your order the shipping charge will be prorated. ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY - Refund will be issued in the payment tendered.  All red-line items and purchases beyond 14 days are final sale.

Condition of returned items: All products being returned must be in original packaging, unwashed, unworn, free of any pet hair, smoke or other scents.

Defective: If you receive a product with manufacturer defects, please notify us in order to receive a replacement or credit.

Shipping mishap: Did we mistakenly ship you the wrong item? Please contact Art of Intimates within two business days of package receipt.
