Shipping and Return Policies
SHIPPING
Art of Intimates ships via USPS and UPS, and offers free in-store pickup at our Amherst, MA location.
Rates:
- Free shipping on all US orders over $75
- Free in-store pickup at 44 Main Street, Amherst, MA
Timing:
We do our best to ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Please allow up to 4 business days for processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information — please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, delivery times are outside our control. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days. We recommend ordering with enough lead time to account for any carrier delays.
International Shipping:
Shipping fees vary by destination. The purchaser is responsible for all duties, import fees, and customs charges.
ONLINE RETURNS
⚠️ Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Items must be postmarked within 30 days of your online purchase date. If returning part of an order, the shipping charge will be prorated. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
Condition of returned items: Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached — unwashed, unworn, and free of pet hair, smoke, bodily fluids, and foreign scents.
Defective items: If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, please contact us promptly to arrange a replacement or store credit.
Wrong item received: If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your package.
